Talent management in the Midlands

In response to the national Talent Management Strategy the Midlands region has been assessing how to integrate this inclusive process into current talent management practices, and in some areas adoption of the guidance is well underway.

The reports and case studies below focus on communication, engagement, and plans for implementation, providing a current picture for the region and an outline on how we plan to make progress.
