Inclusive talent management in NHS finance London

Together we can create an environment where everyone, regardless of their role, grade, or background, can thrive and contribute to our collective success in the NHS finance community.

In response to the national One NHS Finance Talent Management Strategy, the London region has been assessing how to integrate this inclusive process into current talent management practices, and in some areas adoption of the guidance is well underway.

Following the ONF workshops, the London Finance Academy circulated a talent management survey to all CFOs in the region in order to gauge awareness and engagement with the strategy, and to summarise current talent management practices and future ambitions across the region.

The resulting report and case study focus on communication, engagement, and plans for implementation, providing a current picture for the region and an outline on how we plan to make progress.

In addition, based on feedback from the London CFO Talent Management survey, we recognise a need for additional support in conducting effective talent conversations. In response, the London Finance Academy is pleased to offer online workshops designed to assist both managers and participants in these discussions.
