Networks
Last month we had 14 network meetings and Sponsors had the opportunity for training on ‘understanding what your Sponsee requires’, keep an eye out for future training on our events page.

Programmes
Last month we hosted the final day of the Career Progression development programme, thank you to all our speakers and we hope all our delegates found the programme beneficial. Applications will open again in January 2024.
Thank you to everyone who submitted applications for the Career Developers programme, places will be confirmed soon and don’t forget applications for Breaking Diversity Barriers are now open.
Last month we launched the new Development Self-Assessment Tool, this self-assessment toolkit is based on the NHS Finance Competency Framework which outlines the technical and behavioural skills required at each stage of a finance career in the NHS. Early last month we held our first One NHS Finance Summit, you can rewatch the sessions on our YouTube playlist and read our blog on the event here.
Make sure you are up to speed with the new National Inclusive Talent Management strategy and guidance for NHS finance. It has been co-created over the last 18 months in collaboration with NHS leaders and the finance community. The strategy aims to be inclusive, supporting staff at all levels, leaving no one behind.
