Networks
Last month, we were back in the swing of things with 17 network meetings, including our Value Maker Board meeting and regional Sponsee meetings. We also held our first-ever FACE conference, which was well-attended with lots of interesting discussions taking place. In case you missed it, rewatch the event here: FACE Conference 2025
Thank you to everyone who submitted their nominations for the Value Maker Awards, shortlisting will be announced in due course, so watch this space!
The Sponsorship Summit also took place in London last month. It was wonderful to see so many of you in person and we have received some great feedback – ‘The summit offered timely insights — from practical tools and relevant panel discussions to honest exchanges of ideas and support. In times of uncertainty, keeping the One NHS pride alive and striving better together feels more important than ever.’
This month, we are looking forward to bringing you the latest instalment of our NHS finance inclusion series, with a focus on how inclusive leadership and active allyship can create meaningful change in the NHS. We have two important health and wellbeing sessions taking place this month: Understanding and Navigating Menopause in the Workplace and H&W Webinar: Thriving in the Hybrid Work Era: Avoiding Burnout and Overwhelm. The Rainbow Network is also hosting a session on October 23rd – Rainbow Network Showcase: Intersex Awareness. Join us to build understanding, challenge misconceptions, and explore how we can better support inclusion.
Programmes

This month, on the 22nd, we are hosting a webinar on Talent Management: Talent Management Case Study – Complimenting Talent Management with Accreditation. By attending, you’ll gain a practical understanding of how Talent Management can be used as both a catalyst for workforce development and a key component in demonstrating excellence through accreditation.
The Finance Innovation Forum is pleased to announce that the ISFE2 AI Trainer is now live. Built on official ISFE2 Training Zone content, it helps ICB and CSU colleagues find answers fast. Ask anything ISFE2 related, and the Trainer will help.
This month, we have 3 brilliant NHS finance innovation showcases, in these interactive sessions, participants will find out more about NHS Finance Innovations submitted by various organisations to the Innovation Library.
