Clinical Leads need be able to look at financial information, otherwise inefficiencies cannot be addressed.
How might we join up financial data to workforce and activity data so that clinical leads can maximise productivity?
The outputs of the innovation are live nominal rolls, joined-up finances and activity as well as dynamic reporting functionality.
The main outcomes have been the creation of additional capacity for management accountants to work closely with services, reduced the need for email traffic with budget reports being available at all times, reduced the number of manual staffing journals with managers able to identify miscoded individuals prior to payroll feeds being shared.
