The problem

A Schools Outreach Programme needed to have engaging resources, targeted at the right level, otherwise students will not be encouraged to choose NHS Finance as a career.

The challenges

How might we produce engaging resources so that any member of NHS staff can be confident of giving engaging and involving lessons in schools?

What were/are the outputs?

The suite of downloadable resources that NHS finance staff can use when they go and talk to students of various ages.

What were/are the outcomes?

We have a group of Value Makers from across the country who will be road testing these resources and sharing feedback, so the resource pack will continue to evolve.
