A new service needed to scale up their invoicing process because otherwise they would not be able to keep up with increasing demand.

How might we increase the efficiency, speed, and volume of invoicing so that we can eliminate our backlog, improve accuracy, simplify the process, and support a greatly increased demand?

- Delivery of training to the service

- Coped with an increased volume of invoices.
- Improved the accuracy of the invoices.
- Less repetitive process for individuals raising the bills resulting in more interesting work.
