South London ICS Finance Conference 2026

We’re excited to announce the next chapter of the South East London Finance Conference, hosted by the South East London Finance Academy. This year, we are delighted to welcome finance colleagues from across both South East London and South West London ICSs as we come together under the theme of “Building Resilience.”

As NHS finance continues to navigate significant change, resilience has never been more important. Whether responding to financial pressures, supporting organisational transformation, embracing new technologies, or developing the skills and capabilities of our workforce, finance professionals are playing a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare.

Conference Objectives

• This year’s conference provides a valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues from across our systems, share experiences, learn from one another, and explore practical approaches to building resilient organisations, teams and individuals.
• Together, we will look ahead to the financial landscape of 2027/28, showcase transformation programmes delivering sustainable savings, reflect on the evolving role of finance, and consider how technology, AI and digital innovation can help us deliver even greater value.
