The Male Allies workstream was formed to support the Women in Leadership agenda and consider actions they could proactively take to progress the agenda and change culture and perceptions within NHS Finance.
Areas of focus include:
- listening events;
- engaging the disengaged at all levels 8a to CFO;
- developing increased understanding of how female characteristics can play out;
- developing advocates, prepared to challenge behaviors and to notice and bring out the unheard voices
