Supporting you
Following the Supreme Court ruling on the 15th April, we recognise the decision may have felt personal, disappointing, or unsettling for many colleagues, especially those within the LGBTQ+ community. Moments like this are a reminder of why it’s so important to continue to create a workplace where everyone feels supported and included.
Standing together and looking out for one another really does make a difference. If you’d like to talk, share concerns, or just connect with others, the Inclusion and Diversity Network is here to listen and support.
We’ve included some useful support links below, please feel free to share them with others.
