What is the Finance Leaders Network?
The Finance Leaders Network provides development and networking opportunities for NHS leaders at Band 8B and above.
As a member of the Finance Leaders Network you can access:

- Action learning sets
- Group coaching
- Opportunity to apply for National Talent Pool
- On-going communications around further development opportunities including shadowing and secondments
There are seven finance leaders networks across England:
- North East and Yorkshire
- North West
- Midlands
- East of England
- London
- South East
- South West

There are no entry requirements to the Finance Leaders Network, you need to nominate yourself. If you would like to join the Finance Leaders Network, email us us: finance.academy@nhs.net

‘In Conversation With…’ Events –
The Finance Leaders Network will run a series of ‘In conversation with’ workshops. The sessions will include NHS board members, including Finance Directors, Chief Executives, Medical Directors, and Non-Executives.
The events are an opportunity to hear about the careers of NHS leaders, how they have dealt with the challenges of the pandemic, and the skills needed to become a leader.
