Who is Career Shapers for?

Career Shapers is aimed at band 2-4 finance professionals, providing personal support and professional direction.

This cohort is for London, Midlands and South West colleagues only.

Programme objectives:

Career Shapers provides a structured approach to develop the non-technical skills needed to progress. It also offers a safe space for participants to connect with others in similar positions to share experiences and challenges faced.

The programme is a fantastic opportunity for individuals in the early stages of their careers to increase confidence, meet like-minded others and establish strong professional networks across NHS finance.

Programme delivery:

Career Shapers is delivered through a combination of online modules, one in-person event, and networking opportunities. The programme includes interactive, peer-led training and development sessions where discussion and debate is encouraged.

The face to face event will take place on Thursday 24th September.
The online modules will take place through October, November and December. Dates tbc.

Costs:

Career Shapers is free for all band 2-4 NHS finance staff. 

Travel and expenses are not included.
