WE WON! HSJ Awards 2025: Workforce Initiative of the Year🏆

The ONF team are delighted to announce that the NHS Finance Insights placement scheme has been named winner in the Workforce Initiative of the Year category at the 2025 HSJ Awards!

This is an incredible honour, and to be recognised among such outstanding finalists is truly amazing! The judges described the scheme as ‘an exceptional and authentic initiative, both inspirational and highly impactful,’ which means a great deal to us.

The NHS Finance Insights placement scheme reflects the core NHS values of inclusion, development, and creating opportunities for all, while helping to build a more diverse pipeline of finance professionals across the health service.

We would like to thank everyone who has helped make the scheme possible. There are so many people involved, both from the national and regional teams, and we couldn’t have done it without everyone’s outstanding support.

This recognition not only validates the team’s dedication but also gives us even greater motivation to continue supporting and developing our future NHS finance talent.
