ICS networking in the South West

What is on offer?
The South West Finance Academy has funding of a maximum of £4000 (this includes VAT too) available for every ICS in the South West to put towards system-wide networking for their finance staff.

This could be used for a face-to-face or online event, or could be put towards a number of events and sessions.

Please note, this funding is only available to Integrated Care Systems that have contributed to the funding of the South West Finance Academy’s 2025-2026 programme year.

When is it available?
The funding must be used within the 2025-2026 programme year (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026). You can request the funding for an event that takes place after 31 March 2026, as long as the invoice can be raised before that date.

How do I access the funding?
Contact charley.spicer@hfma.org.uk and a Purchase Order number will be raised for you to include on your invoice which will need to go to HFMA.

How else can the Academy support our system in networking?
In addition to the funding, the Academy can support you with suggestions for agenda topics and content for networking event programmes. On this page you can find an event checklist template and a programme template, as well as information on any upcoming ICS events in the region.
