The London Finance Academy is pleased to host our first in-person London Inclusion Conference on 22 January 2026.
This conference is designed with Regional Inclusion & Diversity Ambassadors in mind, but all London colleagues are welcome to attend. Whether you’re an I&D ambassador, a manager with EDI responsibilities, or a colleague interested in building stronger, more inclusive workplaces, you’ll leave with fresh ideas, practical tools, and new connections to support inclusive practice in your organisation.
We’re delighted to announce our keynote speaker: OBE Bernadette Thompson, Director of People and Culture at North Middlesex University Hospital and communities, part of the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust. Bernadette will set the tone for a practical, inspiring day dedicated to advancing equity, inclusion, and belonging across NHS Finance in London.
The day will feature strategic approaches to embedding EDI across organisations, panel sessions with sector leaders, and real-life stories from colleagues that bring to life the challenges, successes, and lessons learned in promoting inclusion. A networking lunch will provide the chance to connect with peers from across London.
The event will conclude with a face-to-face meeting for the Inclusion & Diversity Ambassadors, offering space for deeper discussion and joint planning.
