London CFO Commitments to change

Last year, our regional CFOs pledged to drive meaningful change and accelerate progress toward gender equality in NHS finance. Their insights were instrumental in shaping the London Gender Equity Action Plan, which is now being championed by the London Women in Leadership Network, its subgroups, and regional networks.

We remain committed to fostering a culture of accountability and support, encouraging everyone to contribute to this crucial effort and drive real progress.

In the interest of transparency, we’ve published each CFO’s individual commitment in the documents below. Please note that some organisations’ commitments are missing, partly due to changes in CFO roles since the pledges were made in the summer of 2023.
