Purpose
The SEL Finance Talent Board will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the development and improvement of the South East London finance function.
It will support the growth of a high performing, professional, and inclusive function at all levels supporting the delivery of acute, mental health, and community services across the ICS.
It will focus specifically on creating opportunity for all to progress and achieve their potential, ensuring our workforce reflects the community we serve, achieving consistently high standards in open and fair recruitment and developing the next generation of high performing finance leaders.
The board will draw on resources from NHS London and nationally via One NHS Finance, the Skills Development Network, and others wherever possible.
