🎉Jodi Martin wins the 2024 One NHS Finance Oustanding Contribution Award! 🎉

Congratulations to Jodi Martin, Senior Strategic Finance Manager at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust for winning the National One NHS Finance Outstanding Contribution Award at the HFMA 2024 Awards.

Jodi Martin has been a driving force behind the success of numerous networks and initiatives within One NHS Finance (ONF), not only within her own region in the East of England but nationally as well. As an active member of several ONF networks, Jodi exemplifies leadership and passion. She plays a pivotal role in the Value Maker Network, where she serves as one of the Lead Value Makers for the East of England and is a driving force for the Health and Wellbeing Champions and Inclusion and Diversity Ambassadors. Jodi has also submitted a fantastic NHS Finance Innovation: Electronic approval of business cases, Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.

Her enthusiasm for ONF is contagious, constantly inspiring others to engage and benefit from the opportunities the programme and networks provide. She is a key member of the National Towards Excellence Accreditation Steering Group and an active assessor, recently contributing her expertise to several Level 2 assessments. Jodi has also delivered numerous showcase sessions, introduced fresh ideas and connected ONF with inspiring speakers. Her contributions to the ONF’s career development programmes have been invaluable, as she shares her own personal career journey and offers practical insights to support others in their own professional growth.
