The course is facilitated by Jonathan Bowyer.
Jonathan is an independent coach, trainer and facilitator with over 30 years’ experience helping people and organisations to develop and grow. He has coached several hundred leaders and managers in the healthcare sector, including directors of finance, other executives and non-executive directors and has worked with leadership teams and boards across primary, acute, tertiary, mental health and community care providers. He has also worked in commissioning organisations, a Royal College and a national charitable palliative care organisation.
Jonathan has a postgraduate certificate in executive coaching and is an experienced trainer supporting One NHS Finance and the regional finance academies in the rollout of Talent Management. Jonathan has held senior leadership roles, including operations, marketing, and HR, and frequently coaches leaders in others sectors including technology, engineering, hospitality and retail.
