Conscious and unconscious bias constantly affect our actions and are necessary for us to navigate the world we live in. In this seminar we will explore types of bias but also aim to provide a fresh look and perspective on bias and to embrace its positive impacts and challenge its negative elements. This short seminar is designed to enable delegates to come away with real positive actions to counter bias that can be deployed within their organisations.
The seminar will be interactive and encourage the sharing of best practice and discussion on quick wins and longer term strategies to unblocking barriers to change.
Join us for an opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with others who are passionate about making a difference. Together, we can create a more equitable future for all.
