The Returning to Work programme and network will launch in 2022, and is aimed at finance staff from all grades who have taken an extended period of leave from work and are looking for support in their transition back into their roles and working environments.

The programme will be delivered both in-person and online, and will provide a variety of developmental and networking-based opportunities that aim to support you in returning to work in the best possible way – both for your professional development and wellbeing.

The programme will support any type of break from the finance profession, including (but not limited to):

  • maternity / paternity
  • careers leave
  • care taking responsibilites
  • long term sickness
  • sabbatical

Objectives of the programme include:

  • Designing improved KIT days for finance departments to implement
  • Using mentoring and sponsorship to your advantage
  • How to build / rebuild your networks
  • Staying connected and in the know
  • Buddy support
  • Career planning support

Applications for the programme will open in Spring 2022 and will be submittable by an online form.
