Towards Excellence Accreditation – designed to allow the Finance Leadership Council to formally recognise organisations that have the very best finance skills development culture and practices in place. There are three levels, each designed to reflect the continuous development of a finance function and recognise the highest standards of financial competence and commitment to skills development
FACE Network – a community of colleagues committed to demystifying NHS finance and improving clinical value by engaging with and educating clinicians about what we do.
Value Maker Network – a community of 2300+ finance staff at all grades, working together to share best practice and collaboratively improve NHS finance for everyone
Inclusion & Diversity Ambassadors network – an internal network to ensure an organisation’s equality, diversity and inclusion processes are fit for purpose.
FD Declaration – signed by an organisation’s Director of Finance/Chief Finance Officer the FD declaration demonstrates a commitment to the continuous improvement of their finance department.
HFMA Hub Member – to support wider finance teams working across organisational boundaries for integrated service delivery. HFMA Hub partners can attend any of the Network forums across the Hub programme.
HFMA Institute Member – NHS organisations can join the Institute as a member in order to access the training, resources and wider programme.
