RESILIENCE FOR SYSTEMS WORKING

About the event

This 2.5 hour workshop is aimed at NHS finance staff currently working in a CCG setting who are facing uncertainty, change and challenge leading up to the transition towards ICS working in April 2022.

Being resilient doesn’t mean that people don’t experience stress, emotional upheaval and uncertainty. Rather, resilience is about understanding how to engage with challenges in the most effective and beneficial way. This workshop will focus on establishing ways to develop the personal growth required to achieve a compelling future vision. It will build confidence in dealing with uncertainty and leave participants with a clearer sense of what they need to feel prepared going into April’s ICS transition.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

● Leverage the experience, skills and perspective of peers facing similar uncertainty through facilitated discussion

● Engage in group coaching exercises designed to heighten awareness and develop insight into what it means to be resilient in the face of uncertainty

● Establish a personal vision for ICS transition and identify the steps they need to take to achieve this vision

● Explore potential future challenges in transitioning towards ICS working and identify how resilience could play a part in navigating these challenges

Please note that this workshop will take place on Zoom.
