Supporting our staff is one of FFF’s key themes, following a very challenging few years, now more than ever we want to make sure that staff feel supported at work.  Developing a supportive culture and having happy and well teams will produce better results and this event will showcase some of the great work of NHS Finance Health and Wellbeing Champions as well as expert speakers to give us top tips to improve our workplace wellbeing.
