This workshop aims to bring together CSU staff ahead of the planned ICS/ICB changes coming into place this summer, where our NHS finance speakers will aim to answer any questions you may have about the upcoming changes and what this might mean for you going forward, as well as providing you with the tools to support you through any challenges and uncertainty.
