Description

The Finance Reporting and Workforce Automation Team created an interactive dashboard using Power BI, which encompasses more than 250 reporting levels, incorporating the divisional, sub-divisional (Clinical/Corporate Divisional Group), and departmental structure. To achieve greater detail, especially in financial and other crucial domains, they employed the detailed cost centre level to design an alternative menu field. The dashboard produces graphs which offer intricate comparisons with both NHS and Trust averages. These scores assist teams in identifying areas warranting closer examination or discussing in more detail. The dashboard has been positively received by the Trust, and teams are actively using it to formulate actions aimed at enhancing training and development, health and wellbeing, and job management.
