Description
The delivery of training and encouraging engagement is a priority at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and they want to ensure that all staff are able to influence their financial position, from budget holders to junior doctors. To achieve this goal, the training group have successfully rolled out training programmes, including Financial Awareness Training, Essential to Role Training, and Engagement Value Outcome (EVO) workshops.
