Description
Join us for the NHS Finance Inclusion Conference, a dynamic and informative event dedicated to promoting inclusion and accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The agenda for this event will include:
- A keynote address from the Inclusion & Diversity Ambassador Network.
- A case study on how to support disabilities in the workplace, particularly autistic individuals.
- A case study on how to make recruitment processes more inclusive of individuals with disabilities.
- A case study on flexible working and reasonable adjustments.
- A session by the Chair of the National Disabilities Network.
- A session by D&A, an award-winning social enterpise led by and for disabled people, who will be providing some EDI training, and an exploration of the AXS Passport and how this can be used.
- A look at how other areas of the NHS are implementing policies and initiatives to promore inclusivity and accessibility.
