This year has called for more innovation and collaboration across teams, with the pressure to deliver efficiencies whilst also demonstrating value added when shaping a system wide vision.

Returning for a second year, this will be a face-to-face event, where delegates will be encouraged to interact with the content through Q&A and facilitated table discussions.
Those attending will be provided with CPD accredited content aimed at all finance staff and all NHS organisations who have an interest in value based healthcare and strategic thinking.
