In this session we’ll learn how to identify and to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns. We’ll step back and reflect on the opportunities and possibilities open to you, ensuring you avoid the pitfalls of problem-mode and remain in solution-mode.

    The facilitator, Craig Ali, is a purpose-driven Wellbeing Specialist and Consultant who designs and delivers wellbeing strategies and mental health initiatives for global organizations. With over 20 years of experience in leading health and wellbeing projects globally, he is also an accredited mindfulness teacher and a coach in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with a passion for empowering organizations, leaders, teams, and individuals to take control of their wellbeing.
